All programmes and courses can be delivered as:

• Face to face, instructor led programmes and courses.
• Webinar based, instructor led programmes and courses.
• Hybrid – combination of instructor led face to face and webinar-based instructor led.

Programmes and courses can be delivered as:

• Open, public courses.
• Closed – single set of organisational participants.
• Hybrid – two or more organisations sending a few participants on a closed programme or course.

REFRESHMENTS AND BREAKS

• All programmes and courses have refreshments upon arrival, morning coffee, and afternoon tea breaks (as appropriate), included as standard.
• For those clients who require and desire on full day, programmes or short, intensive courses, luncheon can be provided, subject to the package levels chosen.
